Grandma's Apple Cake
Enjoy a deliciously moist "cake" that can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or for a light dessert!
Ingredients
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 C Canola Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 3 C Chopped, raw Hirsch's apples
- 3 C Sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Chopped nuts (opt.)
Instructions

Grease pan/pans you choose to use; bundt/tube pan (1), 9x5 loaf pans (2), mini loaf pans(4-6), muffin tins.

Combine all ingredients.

Bake 325º for 1-1/2 hours (may vary depending on pan used)
