Our preserves are sweetened with pure cane sugar and no preservatives added. You can use them as toppings on ice cream, cheesecake, waffles as well as a variety of meat dishes. Use your imagination and enjoy.
Jelly is fruit juice cooked with sugar to form a gel, hence “jelly.” Some fruits and fruit combinations require added pectin in addition to the natural pectin present in the fruit itself. Jalapeno Jelly is perfect served with cream cheese on crackers or whipped together with cream cheese and sour cream as a dip.
