Apple Pot Pie

Ingredients
1/4
cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup fresh/frozen corn
2 carrots, peeled & chopped
2 cans cream chicken soup
3 cups cubed cooked turkey
1large HIRSCH'S tart apple, cubed
1/3
cup raisins
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Pastry for single crust pie
Directions
In skillet,
saute onion, carrots & corn in butter till onion tender. In
large bowl mix soup, turkey, apple, raisins, lemon juice &
nutmeg. Mix. Add onion mixture & mix well again. Spoon into
ungreased 11x7x2 baking dish. Place pastry over filling cut vents
in pastry. Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes or till crust is
golden brown and filling is bubbly.
